Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page. While we work closely with suppliers to meet these timescales, delays can occasionally occur. Our Customer Support Team will keep you updated throughout.
We normally deliver all furniture items in your order together, so your order will arrive by the latest estimated delivery time. This helps us keep your premium delivery charge fixed at £119 per order.
Yes, simply enter your chosen delivery address at checkout. For furniture orders requiring two-person delivery, we'll also need to confirm delivery details with the recipient in advance.
Unfortunately not at this time.
You can pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, card payments, or apply for finance*. You can pay the full balance or a 20% deposit with the rest due when your order is ready to be delivered.
At checkout, choose “Apply for interest-free credit.”
Use the simple calculator to select your deposit (min. 10%) and repayment term (up to 30 months). Once you’re happy, place your order and pay your deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after. Learn more about Interest-Free Credit.
Whilst we don't remove old furniture ourselves, we've partnered with Clearabee, who offer a convenient uplift service. You can get a quote and arrange collection directly with them.
Of course! If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the form here and we will do our best to help. In most cases, orders are not strictly cancellable, but if you get in touch within 3 days of placing your order, we will endeavour to amend or cancel it for you.
If your order has been delivered or installed and you experience a problem, please contact our Customer Support Team. You can find out more and contact us via the help form or by calling 01259 755650 and selecting Option 3. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
